Our space:
- Main floor offers a full Kitchen, powder room, dining area, washer & dryer, living room, & lakefront sunroom - perfect for picking crabs, enjoying morning coffee, or an evening cocktail!
- Upstairs you’ll feel comfortable with two bedrooms (4 beds) and a large full bathroom.
- Also enjoy our outdoor shower after a day at the pool/ beach and a storage closet equipped with chairs, games, and other beach vacation necessities!

Our community is Shore-to-Please the whole family with endless amenities:
- Relax, swim, and work on your tan at one of our TWO community pools.
- Get active on our tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, or Pickle-ball court .
- BBQ at one of our TEN picnic areas complete with charcoal grills.
*ammenities passes are to be purchased at the front pool office upon arrival*

We loved staying in Mallard lakes, it has the pool and easy parking and easy access to the beach and other activities on Fenwick Island

Quiet place close to everything

This was my first time staying in Delaware and it was great. The property has everything you need and is only a 10 minute drive to beaches and shopping. We plan on coming again

Annual beach trip

This is our 4th time staying at Nicole and Blaine’s and it was a great trip as always. There is not a better place to spend time with your family and unwind before the school year starts. Booking trip number 5 now!

Nice and quiet

Nice condo on the lake. The kids loved watching the ducks. Perfect location for a family to stay not far from the beach but away from all the noise of the city.

Lovely, quiet condo/townhouse in a quiet setting with back porch facing lake area.

Clean and comfortable, screened+in porch, beds were comfortable, GREAT soaking tub in bathroom. Owners provided plenty of towels and cleaning products.

My family and I had a great stay. The townhouse is in a nice community with a good location. We had a few small issues but Nicole was very prompt with all of her responses and we had everything solved quickly. Would definitely go back again!

Short Vacation

A very short and enjoyable vacation. This was our second time staying at this location. I would highly tecommend. It is very clean and the owner is very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay.

Cute development with beautiful lakes

The property was nice, although the key was very hard to locate and lots of equipment (baby stroller and baby toys) had to be moved in order to find it. There were no cleaning supplies but we were directed to clean prior to our checkout. There was one roll of toilet paper for our whole stay and the heat was finicky with the upstairs being extremely hot and the downstairs being freezing cold. The hot water was very limited and the water turned ice cold after only a short while. Overall the property was nice the stay nice even though the weather could’ve been better.

Family Beach Retreat

Overall a very pleasant stay. Easy access to beach but far enough off route 1 for some tranquility. Clean and home was well appointed. Was unfortunate that we received very short notice that we could not bring the family pet but, otherwise, a total thumbs up!!

Perfect for a night at The Freeman Stage

We had been looking for a place to stay so we could Uber to the Freeman Stage for a concert, and the location of this property was perfect - literally a 7 minute drive to Freeman.
