I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ave Maria. It is run by a beautiful family and they made sure that everything was fine when I checked in. They are very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located. It is close to the bus station and also close to restaurants and other attractions in the city. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Selçuk.

Very nice stay. Small boutique hotel

Very nice boutique small hotel. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Hotel has an elevator AND parking, that it's a PLUS. WI FI was very bad from the rooms, Breakfast was ok, with not a very large selection. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, and souvenir shopping Also walking distance to the CASTLE, AND ST JOHN BASILICA. Owner was very friendly and helpful with tips about restaurants close by. We will come back to this nice hotel, if we come back to SELCUK.

Ave Maria in Selcuk

Enjoyed our stay at the Ave Maria. It was an easy (flat) walk to the bus station and from the train station. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the high pressure shower was the best of many hotels. The breakfast buffet was simple, with watermelon, pastry, cucumbers, and tomato plus a bit more. We had a balcony facing the castle, so I would count that as an incredible view. We recommend without hesitation.

The room , bedsheets,bathroom is clean.The location is exactly 1km from the bus station.Restaurants, small food shops can be found within 500m around the property. The best was the wi-fi. l had to work on my laptop and probably it was the best of all my hotel stays of my Turkey trip. Breakfast is okay,not too much of variety but fresh and clean. Overall,my stay was good and l am satisfied with the hotel service.l recommend the hotel .

OK but I wouldn't stay here again

It was OK but if it weren't for the ancient Greek town ruins the accommodations would've been a bit cheaper. The bed was comfortable but the heating didn't really work well and the Wi-Fi was almost useless, sometimes accessible but mostly not. There was no way to get any hot water in the morning for a cup of coffee and no kettle in the room so that was a little disappointing. Overall it was OK but I think for this town I would pay a little bit more to get things that worked.
