Brand new hotel, extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable for visitors. They helped us experience the culture and "real" Turkey instead of the tourist locations. Exceptional breakfasts, served individually instead of buffet style.

That is a real gem of Selcuk. Very conveniently located close to Ephesus and all other attractions. This boutique hotel is wonderful with super customized and personalized service with attention to unique details. The room was sparkling clean, very quite, with A/C, fridge etc. Bed was very comfortable. Special breakfast was prepared for us with everything we liked and customized to the greatest detail, including the egg options, scrambled vs. sunny side up. Room had a wonderful view and...

The hospitality from the host was amazing, the area is walking distance to some landmark, restaurants and downtown. The hotel was extremely clean and Cozy, no elevator to go upstairs, just narrows stairs. In general We love the hotel and atmosphere.

The owner and his family were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Even though we were here during the off season they made sure we had what we needed.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good bed. The minibus to Ephesus is literally right out the front door. A very comfortable stay

Great location, wonderful personal.

The hotel/ house was built in the 1800’s so it has been renovated to accommodate modern plumbing without altering the original structure too much. The bathroom was well appointed but up 3 stone steps from the bedroom floor. The room was charming & clean with a air conditioner & heater for modern comfort. The location is not easy to locate & navigate due to the narrow stone streets that are not on a grid pattern throughout the town/village. There are signs along the road/path & on doors if you...

Beautiful view and great wine!

Stayed there for a few nights with our toddler and we were very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the konak was. It is surrounded by scenic Mountain view and the pictures don’t even do the justice to describe being there. Our toddler was very happy to be running around the garden. Also the hosts made us feel like home. They were very generous with their time and kindness. We would most certainly stay again if we find ourselves in the neighborhood. Thanks Neriman and Cengiz!

Me gustaron todos los servicios y las instalaciones y la atención de este Hotel.

The owner is outgoing and hospitable. He goes to great lengths to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The location is a little far from Selçuk, but he provides a free shuttle service that makes it convenient to get to and from the guesthouse.

This hotel delivered everything is promised and for a very affordable price. The room was well-maintained and super clean, with an ample view of the sea. The staff was very courteous and friendly and repeatedly organized taxis for me. This place has value!
