Very clean. There is no air conditioning we could control. They control the whole floor at the front desk. It was really hot and uncomfortable, despite 2 calls to the front desk. The restaurant on site for dinner only offered 3 meals despite having a 4 page menu. The best part was our dinner the man at the desk told us about which was off site.

The stay at the hotel was very good The hotel is clean and tidy Large and luxurious rooms Free parking But I had a problem with the dining room at breakfast The serving of the food was not good The quantities served by the waiters were very small and there was a feeling as if one had to beg in order to get more According to the photos of the hotel on the website there was a free buffet in the dining room at breakfast and that is one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. Too bad it was not so

Great hotel, not so great customer service.

Good, new hotel, but unhelpful staff. Our internet didn't work so I called the reception a few times (around 10:00 p.m.), but no one picked up. Lucky we had our own internet. At check in, they did not give us any information about the room, breakfast, facilities, location, nothing, and when we asked they didn't give much. I understand that it may partly be a cultural difference, but that is something they will need to work on. Also, the hotel is far from attractions and the city centre so may not be convenient for those without own transport. Very good breakfast buffet.

Check in cok kolay ve kisa surdu. Resepsiyon görevlisi oldukca ilgili ve yardım severdi. Odalar temiz duzgun ve hijyen acisindan iyiydi. Kahvalti cesitliligi gercekten iyiydi. TR genelinde oteller pahali oldugu icin fiyat konusunda bir elestiriyi sadece bu otel icin yapmayacagim. Fiyatlar her yerde cok pahali.

Oteli genel memnuniyet ve fiyatından dolayı tercih ettim. Memnun kaldık temiz sakin bi oteldi konumu da şehrin kalabalığından uzaktaydı. Otopark vardı. Açık büfe kahvaltı fena değildi. Sadece unutamayacağımız bir oda tasarımı vardı. Mimarın kafası karışıktı sanırım ya da birden fazla tasarımcı çalışmış :)) ceviz kaplama dolaplara ya da ahşap oyma dolap kapaklarına bakmaya çalışarak sorunu kendi çapımızda giderdik ☺️ çalışanlar da ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü
