"Room was not made up for 3 people as booked. We had to go back down to reception to let them know (as there are no phones in the room). They did remedy this quickly. The room listing however stated a single bed and it was a sofa bed. The lights in the bathroom were very temperamental - one would go off sometimes and sometimes all the lights would turn off. The water also didn’t come out from the sink tap sometimes. "

We were warmly greeted by Raymond on arrival, and even when we'd locked ourselves out he promptly popped over to assist, with a smile on his face.
