"This place is a hidden gem! We are actually reluctant to tell the world about it. Ha! The villa is amazing, exactly as advertised and even better! Very clean, very tasteful, down to the last detail. The view is breathtaking and we took many pictures to always remember the peace and beauty. Especially the view from the pool area and the bedrooms upstairs was just stunning. Waking up and the first thing your eyes look at is the sea. I don’t know how to describe the feeling! We also enjoyed the area around the villa. There are many things to do and discover. Many authentic Greek villages with kind and welcoming locals, taverns, and historical sites. The area is seemingly undiscovered by the mainstream...still... So if you want to experience one of the most gorgeous places in Greece without all the noisy tourists, this is the place to visit. Thank you to the owners who suggested many wonderful places, and even helped us with restaurant reservations. Two thumbs up!!!"

"This was a remarkable hotel. 5 star at incredibly low price. Room was large enough for ballroom dancing. So clean and comfortable with wonderful waterfront view. Nice walk around the sea. Fantastic breakfast with meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. Beautiful sites in neighborhood. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Will plan to return for much longer. "

"We are just back from a wonderful stay in Skaloma. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, Kostas and Zeta provided us with prompt, helpful and friendly information and ensured we had everything we needed. The villa is beautiful and right next to the beach, it looks exactly like the photos. Skaloma was busy-ish during the day (mid-August) but pretty quiet in the evenings. You'd need a car or taxis to see the local area but if you wanted to you could happily spend a week bouncing between the beach, the house, and the cafes. Everyone we met was really friendly and our complete lack of Greek wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend this as a wonderful and relaxing place to stay, with brilliant hosts."

"The home was even better than the photos! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Host thought of everything - from the welcome basket to the little extras, like a stocked medicine cabinet, to the personal tour of the area and recommendations on restaurants/activities. It was perfect for us to host our family. For meals we had 12 and there still was extra room. Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend."
