"everything was awesome as last year! I was especially impressed with the staff. Front desk made sure i was going to be comfortable and warm."

"Room needed upgrading. Desk chair was all split. Wall heater was hard to read and missing knob control. There was zero heat in the bathroom and it was freezing. No key cards - front staff had to manually let us in to our rooms every time. Parking lot had pot holes but it was shoveled after snow around the cars. Definitely overpriced for the room. Only positives were friendly front desk staff and the breakfast was a surprise especially being available at 4 am. "
