The 2-room apartment is on the ground floor. Front of the apartment, next to the apartment front door is located on the sunny terrace with garden furniture. The living area is 52 m² and is intended for a maximum of 4 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed, wardrobe and alarm clock radio.   The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa (extra beds), armchairs and coffee table. A wall unit with writing area still offers a variety of accommodation facilities. A shelf for your modern TV completes the comfortable living area. A table with 4 chairs forms the dining area.   The apartment has a separate fitted kitchen, which is equipped with 4-plate electric stove with oven, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. Are available for you coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. Under the window there is a small dining area for 2 persons.   The bathroom with shower and toilet has a window. A hairdryer is provided. The apartment is equipped with gas heating and is rented all year round. Under garaging for bicycles is available.   On arrival the beds are time surcharge of 12.50 euros already with sheets and bathroom linen is included. Alternatively, you may also like to bring sheets and towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if needed like free. In a neighboring building, a sauna is available for free.   One free parking space per apartment is available to every guest on the property.   We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. Pets on request.

Welcome to Ostseebad Sellin!   Our modern and very comfortably furnished holiday cliff (52 sqm, living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower / WC, sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, internet Wi-Fi, max. 4 adults) is located in a small house in a central but yet quiet location. Further details can be found in the category description.   Downstairs all There is a sauna available for free. If the weather is making capers, so waiting for our guests at the end of the white low building the lovingly decorated "Capitanerie". Here you can enjoy beautiful hours together, or hilarious evenings with nice people spend. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, it is from us only about 500 m. The beautiful Baltic Sea resort Sellin, where our house is located, belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature.   After a short walk from the house the famous Wilhelmstrasse, the boulevard Sellin the historic splendor villas and the many restaurants and boutiques. At the end of the Wilhelmstrasse will bring a popular lift comfortably to the sandy main beach and the famous pier. The family-friendly south beach can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or you can use the spa train (with spa card for free.).   The natural in the back of plot - to relax for our guests - ends at the nature reserve. After a short walk through the Seepark, you will reach the "Ahoi" water park with water slide and large sauna area. If the weather is making capers, so waiting for our guests at the end of the white low building the lovingly decorated "Capitanerie". Here you can spend nice hours for two, or enjoyable evenings with nice people.   Shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity.   On arrival the beds are time surcharge of 12.50 euros already with sheets and bathroom linen is included. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to the object. The holiday home also includes free parking on the property. The bus stop for public transport is about 50 meters away.   With us it is beautiful in every season!
