Haus Südperd - Apartment 729, House Südperd

Apartments in a prime location! The house Südperd is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Sellin. It exudes the nostalgic charm of classic bathroom architecture and offers modern comfort and a high degree of individuality. You live wonderfully quiet directly at the Seepark and still have many attractions like the AHOI! Bathing and adventure world or a mini golf course right outside the front door. After only 900 meters you will reach the Selliner pier and the dreamlike beach below the cliffs. You are even faster in the middle of the lively center of Sellin with its cozy restaurants and cafés as well as attractive shopping opportunities. For active vacationers there is a bike rental and a bike room in the house on the ground floor of the Südperd house. For a delightful start to the day, please use our bread service. You can park your car conveniently in the underground car park or in the communal parking spaces. Please note that there is no direct access to the underground car park and the house does not have an elevator.

Apartment 729 is located in the popular Ostseebad Sellin in Haus Südperd. The apartment with 57 m² of living space and 2 bedrooms invites up to 4 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen and to completely relax. The apartment is located in Seepark Sellin on the 3rd Upper floor of the beautiful holiday complex. The Baltic Sea, the beach and Lake Sellin are 900 m away. The bakery and the shops are within walking distance in the holiday complex. The apartment has free WiFi and the initial supply of bed linen is included. The two bedrooms with blackout have a double bed and a bunk bed, in the living room there is also a double sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The fully equipped, open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. A television including 3 Sky channels rounds off the high-quality furnishings. After an eventful day of vacation, you can take a seat on the south-west facing balcony. The view and the seating area provide a wonderful holiday feeling here. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking apartment. Guests of apartment 729 can use the bicycle storage room and the children's playground in the holiday complex. Enjoy relaxing days on the Baltic Sea coast.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Herbsturlaub

Die Wohnung war groß und hell durch die vielen Fenster.Die Beleuchtung im Kinderzimmer könnte etwas gemütlicher sein und eine Steckdose haben wir da auch vermisst. Die Beleuchtung war allgemein nicht so gemütlich und das Mobiliar im Wohn/Esszimmer war ziemlich abgenutzt.
