In the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, this high-quality holiday apartment awaits you in the Mönchgut building. Offering 32 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to three guests, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday complex in the Seepark Sellin and is only about 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin. A bakery and shops are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and blackout curtains, while the living room offers an additional double sofa bed. A modern, open-plan kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster provides everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. A television provides entertainment, and on the southwest-facing balcony with comfortable seating, you can enjoy the sun and relax after an eventful day. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.

A special benefit for guests is free daily access to the AHOI water park and adventure world for three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). A security deposit of €100.00 is required for the apartment, which will be refunded within five business days after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
