Located between Sellin's promenade - Wilhelmstrasse - and the newly opened spa park and only around 150 meters from the main beach with the pier, Villa Baltic, which opened in 2008, exudes a very special charm from the outside. Built in a classic Nordic style, the building with its unadorned facade blends harmoniously into the environment characterized by the bathing architecture. You have the choice between four comfortable apartments and an exclusive penthouse apartment on the upper floor, which can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 6 people, depending on the size. Thanks to its quiet and central location and above all the private ambience, the Villa Baltic has won a lot of regular guests in the past few years who reserve their Rügen vacation months in advance, and not only for a beach vacation in the summer months. Timely booking is therefore recommended. The Ohl family is looking forward to your visit and warmly welcomes you to your dream vacation on the island of Rügen!

On a proud 75 square meters of living space, this high-quality apartment offers enough space to relax and relax for up to four people. In the spacious living and dining room, two highlights catch the eye with the fireplace and the high-quality brand kitchen, but also the 37 “cable TV, the mini stereo system and the free WiFi are included. Stylishly furnished and equipped with underfloor heating, you can really enjoy yourself here. Breakfast or dinner on the terrace? Gladly! Large double doors lead you outside and enjoy the convenience of a modern teak seating set. The cozy double beds in the two bedrooms promise sweet dreams and the large sliding door wardrobes fit everything for a longer vacation. In the bathroom you will find a double vanity and a floor-to-ceiling shower. Welcome!Good to know: washing machine [&] dryer (for a fee) are in the neighboring house of Villa Granitz.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sauber, geräumig, moden und bequem. Ein kleines Manko in der Dusche wird vom Vermieter behoben. Wir haben uns hier mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt.
