Built in a classic Nordic style, the building with its unadorned facade blends harmoniously into the environment characterized by the bathing architecture. You have the choice between four comfortable apartments and an exclusive penthouse apartment on the upper floor, which can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 6 people, depending on the size. Thanks to its quiet and central location and above all the private ambience, the Villa Baltic has won a lot of regular guests in the past few years who reserve their Rügen vacation months in advance, and not only for a beach vacation in the summer months. Penthouse Baltic Pearl - the penthouse under the roof of Villa Baltic in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin offers you and your family a top-class holiday ambience on 150 square meters of living space and three floors. The high-quality, perfectly coordinated furniture and the extremely harmonious color concept inspire at first glance. Floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize the loft character of your vacation home, which is characterized by stained oak, fine glass and polished concrete. A staircase leads up and you can hardly wait to take a seat in one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the proud 60 square meter roof terrace lined with dune grass to enjoy the sun and the wide view over Sellin and the Selliner See to the gentle Enjoy the surrounding hills. Yes, that's the way to live! And to the main beach with the famous pier, it is only about 150 meters on foot via Wilhelmstrasse - it could hardly be better. Good to know: washing machine [&] dryer (for a fee) are in the neighboring house of Villa Granitz.[Nbsp]
