It towers slightly above Sellin's promenade - Wilhelmstrasse - and is one of the most photographed buildings in town. The main beach with the pier and the ever-fascinating view of the sea is only a 150-meter walk away. Whether as a Rügen bathing vacationer, hiker or nature and culture lover - in this house with soul it can be wonderfully slowed down all year round! Right across the street, the newly created Kurpark "Friedensberg" with connection to the Baltic Sea terrace is waiting to give you a few hours of leisure and reflection.

Home port - can you imagine a more fitting name for a feel-good home by the sea? The cozy 2-room apartment on the second floor of Villa ODIN welcomes you with tasteful decorations and accessories in a typical maritime style and combined with every conceivable holiday comfort. Your temporary refuge is around 65 square meters and offers all conceivable amenities for two adults and a child up to 14 years. Two sofas with cozy pillows and cozy blankets invite you to relax in front of the large flat-screen TV with multimedia access. A rotating stove provides romance and warming comfort as you wish, while you may enjoy a glass of wine or just surf in the apartment's own WiFi. The country house kitchen integrated in the living area invites you to try out your own cooking skills. It has u. a. via a convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and of course a coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, hand mixer and an extensive WMF pot set as well as dishes from Villeroy and Boch. The bright winter garden right next door is the ideal place to eat together and watch the hustle and bustle on Wilhelmstrasse. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed with H2 mattresses, a wardrobe with plenty of storage space and another TV. If necessary, a baby travel bed can also be set up here. The extra bed for the child is on the couch in the living room. The shower, vanity, toilet and towel heating ensure pleasant comfort in the bathroom. A hair dryer is of course also available. Good to know: Your apartment has a free parking space directly behind the house. Here you will also find storage facilities for your bicycles. In the basement of Villa Odin there is also a shared washing machine and dryer. In consideration of the following visitors, smoking in the apartment and bringing pets are not allowed.
