"My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful! "

"This is a wonderful hotel choice. Our view of the lake was beautiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It is located around shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the town and exploring. The staff was so kind and helpful. We will stay there again. Highly recommend."

"We just stayed one night - the owners collected us from the train station which was helpful with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for us 3 adults, with an elevator for easy accessibility. As the room was on the top floor there were skylights with windows and blinds that could be electronically opened. There were plenty of other windows, with a great view to the mountains, but you need to bend a little to see through them due to the sloping ceiling. A few extra pillows for sleeping would have been nice, perhaps we could have asked though. Food was lovely in the restaurant, perhaps a bit expensive but I think that's typical of Switzerland. A beautifully decorated hotel and it's a shame we couldn't stay a few more days. "

Could not find fault with the room or service and the free tea,coffee,cake, croissants in reception was very nice although personally I missed having a kettle in the room. Food availablity and quality good at the adjacent restaurant. "
