"The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. The bedding sheets had a bit of an odour and could do with an upgrade. But overall, the caravan was clean on arrival, presented well and in a good location as...

"Great house for 4 families to socialise together in the comfortable and large lounge and well equipped games room. We appreciated the range of condiments and utensils in the kitchen and cleanliness throughout the house. Thoughtful welcome pack too. We didn't pay the extra charge to heat the pool so it was quite bracing but still useable - it was a shame some bugs and insects also like to use it. Easy walk to the beach and Selsey (including the fantastic The Hopp Inn)."
