Beautiful stoned house with private pool and wonderful views of the countryside, where 6 guests will enjoy the peace of the lovely village of Moscari.
This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house there isa second rustic styled table also available.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room, which is very comfortable to relax while watching satellite TV on the sofas and armchairs; a large traditional kitchen with ceramic hob; a bathroom with shower, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. At the top of the stairs, you will find a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with AC. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a place for a cot and a high chair, and a fan. There is a laundry room with ironing board, iron and washing machine.

Moscari is a little village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is ideal to come to know the traditions of the locals and for hiking and nature lovers, because it is a good starting point for biking and hiking excursions. After a long morning tour, we recommend you to stop and have lunch at the restaurant Sa Plaça. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest beach is Port de Pollensa, with crystalline waters. But we also invite you to discover other beaches and coves in the area.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Außengelände und großem Pool.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jedoch mietet man nicht, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, ein Haus, sonden nur eine geräumige Wohnung in einem Haus mit Aussenanlage und einem schönem Pool. Das Haus wird von mindestens einer weiteren Person bewohnt. Leider ist dies nun schon das zweite Mal, dass uns verschwiegen wurde, dass wir nicht die alleinigen Bewohner des Ferienhauses sind. Das ist außerordentlich ärgerlich, wenn man gezielt nach einem Haus sucht, um absolute Privatsphäre genießen zu können und dann, statt eines Hauses, eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus vorfindet. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich in Zukunft noch über FeWo Buchungen vornehmen werde, so etwas darf einfach nicht vorkommen.

Cycling holiday

We left after the first night because there were cats in the property that came into the house and one person was severely allergic. We contacted Homerti who was managing the property and they refused to help us or reimburse for the week, or even a partial reimbursement We would ask for a refund as we had to stay somewhere else for the week last minute.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca auf Mallorca war sowohl von positiven als auch negativen Erfahrungen geprägt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist zweifellos das großzügige Grundstück, auf dem die Finca liegt. Der Parkplatz für drei bis vier Autos bot ausreichend Platz was sich als äußerst praktisch erwies. Der Außenpool war zweifellos ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Sonnenliegen rund um den Pool luden zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden ein, während die Außenküche mit Kühlschrank und Holzkohlegrill perfekt für gesellige Abende im Freien war. Hier kann man gemeinsam köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten und das mediterrane Ambiente genießen. Zwei kleine Katzen, deren Anwesenheit wir außerordentlich genossen haben gehörten quasi auch mit zur Ausstattung. Allerdings müssen wir auch einige negative Punkte ansprechen. Die Küche im Inneren des Hauses war leider recht alt und spartanisch ausgestattet. Sie erfüllte zwar ihren Zweck, reichte jedoch nur knapp aus. Das Fehlen von Seife und anderen grundlegenden Küchenutensilien außer Salz war für uns unangenehm überraschend. Ein weiterer Zwischenfall war das Problem mit der Sickergrube. Während unseres Aufenthalts schien sie vollgelaufen zu sein, was dazu führte, dass das „Abwasser“ in der Dusche hochkam. Das war leider ekelhaft! Ein weitere Auffälligkeit war der tägliche Besuch des Eigentümers, der zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten auftauchte, um den Pool zu reinigen und andere Aufgaben zu erledigen. Dies hat uns ehrlich gesagt genervt.

First time inland villa

This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items like free safe, large pool room which housed bar h equipment and pool items and toilets which was brilliant if having a pool day. The representatives at Homerti were fanatic and always immediate response and helpful. Did get confused with superstition of villa rooms upstairs but overall loved it and would book again immediately.

Property was clean and more than adequate. Full air conditioning would be a massive improvement.

We did have a problem on the last evening with the shower drainage, blocked and sewage back drafting in the shower. We reported immediately to Homerti and to be fair they offered to try and get someone out that night. As we were leaving at 7 am next morning we said would not use that bathroom, they said they would definitely get some one in the morning. The taxis that we booked through Homerti were a bit of a shambles, on arrival they did not turn up, when we contacted they took immediate action. On departure at 7am on the 28th, I checked with Leonardo on the Monday 24th and received e mail confirmation all was well. Again they did not show up. Despite several calls to Homerti and receiving a voice message saying someone would call me back in a few minutes. I did eventually get a call at 8am and the said they did not know why it had not turned up. To be fair once comtact was made he reacted bery well and arrange another taxi. The frustration was we could not get anyone from 7-15 till 8.00 even although the voice message said it was an emergency number and someone would call us back in two minutes. Purely by good fortune our flight was delayed 1 hour and we managed to catch.
