"Staff were so nice, room was lovely, we received an upgrade and early check in. Breakfast and bar/snack food really good. Pool area excellent. Only reason for four star was evening buffet, food quite bland and some items only lukewarm warm. The lighting while fine during the day was quite harsh at night so not very inviting. This did not take away from our stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"What an amazing hotel. It was my 6th visit and I have ashtray booked for next year. Staff and amenities were second to none, especially the spa. Location was spot on. Beach round the corner and airport 5 minutes drive away. Only downfall was the jotel food. Very disappointing. Also showers in rooms need upgrading."

"Loved this hotel especially for the price, the unlimited buffet was amazing and had so many options for people with dietary restrictions like myself. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you ask for an earlier check in, they charge you an extra 42 euros as a “re check in fee” which I’ve never heard of before, even if the room is ready earlier."

"This is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Palma. Conveniently located walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, markets, the harbor, cathedral, and much more. The pool area and bar were especially great during our stay. We splurged on a superior room with balcony for two nights and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"
