"Cas Mestre" is a property that promises you a tranquil and relaxing vacation on a Mallorcan finca in the heart of Mallorca.

Its majestic 4.5 x 9 m saltwater pool provides a refreshing retreat, and the barbecue, situated on a large covered porch, allows you to savour exquisite meals and dinners. The spacious outdoor areas and several furnished terraces create cosy moments for total disconnection during your stay. The house is very bright and well-maintained.

Nestled in a beautiful landscape with marvellous views, surrounded by meadows and forests, and located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, this stately home offers an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, island explorers, and beach tourists.

The house is very spacious, with 4 large bedrooms accommodating 8 people, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and equipped with ceiling fans. The other two bedrooms on the 1st floor have air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms has a terrace. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms available, one en suite, two with a bathtub, and one with a shower. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with satellite TV, WIFI, washing machine, etc.

There is shaded parking space for 3 cars in the private parking area.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. Lovely space, beautiful pool and walking distance to selva and Caimari. It was so quiet and relaxing. Only thing to improve it would be a better equipped kitchen with more glasses / bowels etc. We loved our holiday and hope to come back again soon!

Das Haus befindet sich in einem schönen und gepflegten Anwesen im Tramuntana Gebirge

Viel Privatsphäre und ein schöner Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt zu einem kleinen Supermarkt, nach einer 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man Inca. Für Radtouren ist die Ausgangsposition genial, das Haus liegt am Fuße des Anstiegs nach Sa Calobra. Der Strom ist mit 0,40€ pro KwH ziemlich teuer, wir haben für eine Woche 90€ bezahlt, obwohl wir die Klimaanlage nicht ein einziges Mal verwendet haben. Laut Inserat war die Klimaanlage aber im Preis inkludiert, aber der Vermieter meinte vor Ort dass die Stromkosten mit angeschalteter Klimaanlage auf 250€ pro Woche steigen. Mit dem Rest waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Dank der wirklich wunderschönen Finca wurde der Urlaub trotz Corona-Zeiten einmalig. Es fehlte an nichts, die Agentur half sofort bei der Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und uns. Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Tramuntana-Gebirge und zur Großstadt Inca war perfekt fuer uns. Der Ort Selva selbst war besonders nachts wunderschön, da die Burg wirklich wunderschön beleuchtet war.

Dies ist ein schönes großes Haus, gut ausgestattet, mit einem tollen Pool, in der Nähe von Selva, der schönsten kleinen Stadt. Eine kurze Fahrt zu Supermärkten, Cafés und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und warteten trotz Flugverspätungen bei der Ankunft auf uns. Das Haus ist gut positioniert, um den Rest der Insel zu erkunden, und die elektrischen Tore und gepflegten Gärten verleihen ihm ein exklusives Ambiente. Nur zu empfhelen!

Verbrachten eine Woche mit der Familie, 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch im Nordosten Mallorcas. Die Villa liegt mitten auf einem Bauernhof, schöne ländliche Lage. Der Pool war großartig und die Kinder waren begeistert. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse.
