"This room was very unsafe. The room was boiling hot. The air conditioner did not work. The hallways had no light. The main desk person left and locked the front door at 2330. The lobby was completely dark. I caught her as she was locking the door to ask about the air conditioning because the room phone did not work. She said there was no air conditioning and she said to leave the balcony door open. Another guest could easily get into your room from the balconies that are very close together.
