Four stars is a big stretch. Three at best. The hotel was heavily discounted, but not worth it at full price. It was dirty and run down. Plenty of affordable options in Bali. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice and clean it’s near to restaurant/shops/beach room at back not so least specially 5260 there is no sun light at all being hot country mini freeze in room needed. Overall I had a lovely stay very pleasnt staff thanks to all in dining and bars..

Good but with problems

The hotel, the rooms, the swimming pool and the stuff are correct, but you have to be careful with the mafia in the parking lot. We asked for a taxi and a person without documentation and in front of the security guard and the kids, told us in a very rude way he couldn't enter because only they could enter and pick up customers. I don't understand how a hotel can allow this kind of mafia that, at least for our part, have ruined the experience and I don't think we'll ever come back.

More than you can ask for

Good hotel, good location (3min walk from central market), more than lovely staff, decent reception area, and looks quite good from outside too.. rooms were nice and clean too.. will definitely book here again if it comes to it!!
