2泊3日短期での利用でした。 【立地】 真隣にペピートスーパーマーケットがあります。 また、徒歩圏内に飲食店が複数ありました。 おしゃれなカフェやコンビニ、ランドリーも徒歩圏内にあるため生活には何も不自由がありませんでした。 ここに限った話ではありませんが、ホテルの前の歩道が狭く交通量が多いため小さなお子様連れの場合は目を離すとやや危険かもしれません。 【チェックイン】 ここで頂くジュースが美味しかったです。 よくある普通のチェックインを済ませお部屋の鍵をいただくのと、WiFiの設定を行います。 WiFiの設定がちゃんとできたか確認してもらえたのが何気ない話ですが嬉しかったです。 【お部屋】 大変シンプルなお部屋ですが、大きな窓があり開放感があります。 また、シンプルですが必要なものが全て揃っています。 冷蔵庫はよく冷えます。 エアコンもよく冷えますが、エアコンのフォルターから水滴が垂れてきて水溜りになってしまうことがありました。滑りやすいのできをつけたほうがいいです。 リゾートホテルによくある薄暗いおしゃれな照明ではなく、ちゃんと明るい照明なのも嬉しかったです。 テレビは日本語のチャンネルは1つ見られました。 YouTube等は見られなかったので今後見られるようになると嬉しいです。 一部口コミで騒音があげられていますが、外からの騒音が気になる程度です。 それも日付をまたぐ頃には収まるので耳栓やノイズキャンセリングイヤホンがあれば乗り越えられました。 ホテルの客室同士（隣室から）の騒音はそんなに感じられませんでした。 【水回り】 トイレは清潔です。 洗面台も大きな鏡があり、広い洗面台で使い勝手が良かったです。 バスルームはレインシャワーとハンドシャワーがあり水量は十分でした。 ただ、排水が悪いのか水が流れず溢れてしまうのがやや残念でした。 ここだけは早急に改善いただけるとより良くなると思います。 【朝食】 品数が多いわけではありませんがとても美味しく標準的な朝食でした。 毎日少しずつメニューも違いました。 【スタッフ】 皆さんとても親切です。 程よい距離感でいつつ、こちらが必要なタイミングで声をかけてくれました。 【その他】 今回は日程的にも利用できませんでしたが、施設の中にはプールやジム、スパもあるようです。 改善が必要な点はあるかもしれませんし、ヌサドゥアやウブド等に点在している『バリ島っぽい』ヴィラやホテルとも違いますが、コスパのいい便利なホテルだと感じました。 ホテルでは少し休むだけ、昼間は観光に行く！というタイプの宿泊スタイルであれば絶対におすすめです。

Convenient location, very friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and large. However, sound proofing on ground floor was horrible - conversations outside (by the pool area) were very clearly audible within the room, many of which would happen whilst we were trying to sleep (e.g. 11 pm and 4:30 am). Additionally the wifi was non-existent; there was a wifi network, but we never got service from in the multiple days we were there despite our best efforts. Solid 7/10.

Hôtel ok. Bien situé mais a besoin de rénovation. Il y a des traces d’humidité partout. Le petit déjeuner est très limité et toujours la même chose. Les espaces communs sont très chauds et le gym est un sauna! Ils veulent pas partir l’air climatisé! Les serviettes propres sont souvent sales avec des taches jaunes. J’ai demandé de les changer à chaque fois. Les chambres communicantes sont bruyantes. Les gens qui y travaillent sont très gentils et serviables toujours le sourire dessiné sur le visage. Pour moi c’est un hôtel 3 étoiles et pas 4.

Jut stayed for one night. Lobby entrance is around the side of the building with the restaurant taking front and center of the building so was a bit misleading initially but found it easily after that. Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Conveniently located in Seminyak with a supermarket next door for your needs and cafes/restaurants within walking distance as well. Didnt get to use the facilities like the pool but gym looked small but with decent equipment including barbells etc.

Our stay was overall pretty good, the room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. My only issues were that the water in the shower wouldnt stay at one temperature, you could hear noise from the hallway and although they stated that breakfast was from 7-10am - we went one morning around 7.20 and it wasnt ready yet. But pretty minor issues. Overall happy with our accommodation and would stay again.

There is NO WAY this is a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. Is very outdated and considering that I paid less for a better standard just five mins walk from The Capital, this rating should be reviewed. There was mould in the room, overwhelming smell, toilet stank of pee and we even asked to be cleaned again after checking in. Furnishings looked tired and old, several defects. There were stains in the bed sheets and worse, middle of the night woke up with a scratching noise, there was a mice/rat. Breakfast was awful, despite their best efforts, I had just a toast. Luckily the location is good so had breakfast elsewhere. That said, not even worth the €50 paid for it, the owner needs to stop calling this a four star, close it and refurbish it or get out of business.

The staff was exceptional! They were ready to assist with anything big or small, from warming your food to scheduling excursions and or transport. Breakfast was a great selection of rice, pasta, cereal, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. If your a vegetarian don't fret you'll be fine. This property is very environmentally friendly as you need your key for the electricity and when you leave everything shuts off. The pool hosts karaoke, so it’s a great way to meet other travelers or create memories with the people you’re on holiday with. It’s a great stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. For instance, for a 10-minute walk, you will have 15 food options, 5 spas, street vendors, and more. All in all, the staff will ensure your stay is excellent!
