Perfection! Balinese style rooms which have been updated and clean. The staff were super friendly, your room is serviced twice daily, free shuttle is offered around Seminyak - drop of anywhere along the route, buggies from room to reception. Surprise cake and card was left in room for birthday, pool access was 24 hours attended - luxury feel

Exceptional service! I cannot possibly describe just how lovely the property is as well as the top-notch service we received. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool and attendants were remarkable. It is truly an oasis in busy Seminyak area yet convenient to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Exceptional Oberoi standard service!

Exceptional service with a smile always. Very very Oberoi’s…don’t expect anything lesser from them and they continue to exceed expectations being perceptive and ahead of their guest’s needs. The rooms are a bit dated but extremely well maintained and the service quality more than makes up. The food standard is quite good also. Had an excellent stay.

It is the most amazing resort. Traditional Balinese meets super service, comfort, and amenities … including pool attendants who clean your spectacles. The team at Oberoi is amazing. From day 1 they greet you by your name, know how you take your coffee in the morning, and your favourite aperitif in the evening.

The Oberoi is the only hotel in Seminyak that is still traditional Bali - all the rooms are little huts and the amount of green space and ocean front is insane. ABSOLUTELY the best service I have ever seen. Congratulations!

Beach Retreat

Our stay at the Oberoi Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing. The only thing missing is peacocks walking around the grounds. The rooms were so clean & comfortable. The breakfast area was just off the sandy beach, so you literally had the best view every morning. The staff were all exceptional. The restaurant food was always cooked to perfection. I honestly do not have a single thing I can pick out that I was disappointed with. Can’t wait for our return. Well done The Oberoi. Keep up the great work

Staff from groundspeople up are amazing - can't do enough for you. Nothing was a problem! Very caring and helpful when one of our group became sick. 15 mins and Dr was there. Very clean resort and the hustle and bustle of Bali is just outside the gate but when you step back inside its so quiet. Will definitely be back. Amazing.

Our stay at the Oberoi was just a fabulous experience. The attention to detail and service provided by all staff was at an elite level. Nothing too much trouble and their smiles and pleasant disposition made a trip to remember. My wife and I have been fortunate to do a lot of travel and this hotel rates with the best of the best. My only small request would be some attention to internet speed. Televison viewing was difficult at times and teams and zoom meetings became problematic which is frustrating when trying to attend to work matters. Notwithstanding this minor item this hotel and the staff are among the finest we have encountered. An absolute credit to management
