Not what I expected. Photos are very ..very old. I was comfortable enough but cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. Had to ask for breakfast to be cleared. Everything a little outdated and damaged. One night the rnb club was unbearable loud till 1am and on the last day they sprayed fir mosquitos. This was fine but the Villa had cracks in every doorway so the fumes wafted in. Staff however were very friendly and attentive. The place just needs a bit of love.

The villa was fantastic very clean, staff very polite and friendly. When we had an issue they did attend to it right away. However, there was some maintenance required to help to present better. The roof leaked when it rained and the ceiling had water damage. The breakfast we found funny as the bread was toasted was was cold even when we ate in restaurant.

Great stay

Spacious suites, great service, pool, amenities. TCondition is a bit tired in some places and could do with an upgrade (bathroom, kitchen). Flooring in living room and kitchen can get quite wet when plants are watered which can be treacherous. Airport pick up and drop off arranged with the hotel was easy, and they also have a taxi service for trips in and around Bali.

I was extremely impressed with the property. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely stay there again when I return. The property is well taken care of, very clean, nice amenities, spacious, and the location was great as well.

Great Location, Staff were Polite and always had a smile. Vila is excellent and the stay was comfortable. The Only thing i didn't enjoy was the breakfast. Breakfast was served to the Vila and was always cold. We tried the breakfast in their restaurant and had the same issue.

Our stay here was amazing! The staff are very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is brought to your villa each morning which made us feel very spoilt. We really enjoyed the pool and indoor/outdoor bathroom.

Très bon emplacement, à proximité de la plage et des commerces mais un peu en retrait donc plus au calme. La villa est magnifique. L'équipe est adorable et pleine de sollicitude. Nous avons pu faire un early check-in et un late Check out. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Les massages était très bien et à un prix très raisonnable pour un hôtel.

Solo traveller for 4 days. Great location, quiet, safe. 10min walk to the beach, all major hot spots (potato head, W etc). Beautiful large pool with lots of space to lounge around. Both sun and shade available. Awsome communal lounge/kitchen area. Lots of grass and tropical plants. Beautiful master room with turn-down service. Outdoor shower/bath. Felt secure/private. In-room breakfast (no restaurant). Good options for vegetarian. In-room dining (not great options for vegetarian). Massage/spa options available. Minibar and tea/coffee available. Huge space. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Always happy to assist and order cabs/Grabs (SEA Uber service). Stayed in 2 villas this trip and this was by far the best! Definitely recommend and will stay again.

This was by far the best service I have ever received from a hotel. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. The little extras like lighting a mosquito coil each night, making up our bed in different ways, changing the fruit with breakfast each morning and responding immediately and with a smile to any request, big or small. The suites themselves are beautiful, however I would say that the plumbing on the spa baths need repairing. I would recommend this hotel 110%. Thank you to the staff at the Sanyas Suites for making our holiday even more special

Notre séjour au sanyas suite à été fabuleux. Personnels pro et tjs dispo pour répondre à nos demandes. Merci à toute l'équipe et plus particulièrement à Piyar pour ces bons conseils. L'hôtel est très bien situé à qq pas de la rue centrale des commerces et resto. Nous marchions tous les soirs pour aller dîner. A savoir que l'hôtel met à disposition une navette 450000rp pour 4h et 750000 rp pour 8h, très utiles quand vous savez où vous aller. Ah oui petit dej bon et room service parfait et peu cher pour seminyak
