We stayed at the two bed villa and staff has been very helpful and friendly. The place does need a bit maintenance and there are some rusty spots.

It is in a good location behind a local shopping mall, so possible to walk to the beach, and all the popular restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, etc. However, the water supply to the property is salty, so trying to shower with soap is very difficult. The swimming pool water is also salty with chlorine in it. The agent was very helpful, and constantly kept the property clean and tidy for us.

This is an amazing Villa in the heart of Seminyak. Very conveniently located behind Seminyak Shopping Village. The hustle and bustle of Seminyak was no where to be heard from the Villa which was great! The Villa is spacious, and beautiful, however a little run down. Some doors didn't close properly and handles were broken. There is a huge mosquito problem in Bali so I highly recommend buying coils to burn in the rooms. Our housekeeper Nyoman was wonderful! She put a mosquito zapper in our room to help. We had a fair few problems like leaking AC and power outage etc and she went above and beyond to help fix these issues. Overall we had a wonderful stay and thanks to Nyoman it was even better! <3

This Villa offers a WOW factor since the moment you arrive. The pool, the bathroom, the bed, the cabana, the privacy. The location is perfect if you don’t want to drive. Special mention to our Villa contact person Rista. She was so nice, helped us with everything, cooked for us and even helped me prepare the proposal I had prepared for that weekend.

Idyllic villa in the heart of Seminyak

We stayed a total of seven nights in Villa One and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having thought the pictures looked too good to be true, we were ecstatic to find it exactly as promised the evening of our arrival. Inside the design was tasteful and the beds were supremely comfy. Outside the pool provided the perfect oasis to cool down after a morning in the sun, or a great place to chill in the evening while listening to music on the outdoor speaker. Perhaps best of all was the villa's location - only a short walk from Seminyak beach and smack bang between the amazing Potato Head and KuDeTa beach bars. For those looking to party, it is also walking distance to Hotel Mexicola and La Favela. To top it all off, our excellent hostess Rista made sure our every need was attended to, from restaurant and bar recommendations to cleaning, laundry and even breakfasts and massages at the villa. Thank you Rista!! The only very minor issues were with a toilet door that didn't fully close and the the fact that the villa was also rather popular with the local mosquitos. But all in all, a wonderful place and fantastic value! Highly recommended.

Villa one is located at a great spot that you only need to walk 1 minute to Seminyak Square shopping centre. There are quite a few eatery and shopping options in the area. Unfortunately, the day we arrived at the villa, I was quite disappointed that the air conditioning was not working. Given the price we paid for the accommodation and the weather in Bali, I would expect a working aircon system for us to be comfortable in the villa. The swimming pool was amazing, however, the rest of the villa did not necessarily look exactly like the photos on the website. I found brown stains on the bed sheet and pillow cases, also the rest of the villa looked a bit worn out. Our host/housekeeper, Nyoman was quite nice and welcoming, but she lives 1 hours away from the villa and there is no reception desk/area set up for this villa. When I contacted Nyoman about the issues, she responded quite quickly and sent help later at night trying to fix them. Overall, I was a little disappointed by the status of the villa, but I was quite happy with the quick response and warm welcoming from Nyoman.

There are so many great things about this property from the staff's willingness and ability to simply create a relaxing environment to the home itself feeling inviting and relaxing. This property places you in the middle of everything, beach clubs, local Warungs and restaurants, the beach just a short walk away, shopping, nature, and even the local party events. The home, pool, and amenities are amazing. The owner cares and it shows with the staff. Drivers are available to you at any moment, just let Rista know what is needed, from laundry to breakfast, special desserts, and massages in the villa. Arrive with an open mind and you will be happy you picked Villa One Seminyak. We actually reached out to Rista on our last day and extended a day because everything was so amazing, the owner was very accommodating and replied instantly with approval. We loved the overhang of the plants from the second floor that gave a since of privacy for the outdoor shower as well as the appearance of nature being apart of the scene. We loved our stay and want to thank the staff for making us feel at home and the owner for creating a unforgettable experience that we will surely return to. Look for our YouTube videos on Villa One Seminyak.. We could go on and on but the main point is nothing is perfect but this Villa and staff will stop at nothing for your happiness. Be polite and kind and great things can happen. We love you all at Villa One and thank you for an amazing stay.
