The bed is very comfortable and a well-lit room. The bathroom is also spacious. The only problem is we find dirt and dust inside the bathroom and also the room. The surrounding area is convenient, having some good restaurants and cafe.

One of the newest hotel in Seminyak, this everything is clean and new. Fantastic AC, good quality bed and bedding, really professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and fantastic breakfast; the security at gate also is really helpful when getting in and out of your grab taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are what made it. They were friendly helpful and always willing to assist. Unfortunately during breakfast or ordering dinner the restaurant was out of so many products which I feel should be addressed by IHG it's obvious this hotel needs more support in this area. The staff did the absolute best with what they had. The rooms were really well kept and very comfortable. With a ten day stay there I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The pool was well looked after although missing a few tiles here and there. It was a shame the rooftop bar wasn't open though I guess this was due to the quiet season I was there. All in all I loved the location and even the ability to do a work out at their small but well equipped gym each day. Would definitely stay again and suggest to others for a great stay.
