"I did not get what I paid gor. I paid for a family room because it has a personal pool and Mountain View. Instead I was given a regular room with no view and was told by the staff member that that was the best room with a view. I was lied to and given a downgraded room. There were lots of better rooms in the compound with no guests during my stay.
I would not recommend this place. They are not honest."

"The hotel is in a beautiful area. The staff is so thoughtful and friendly. We had lovely conversation with the waitress in the restaurant both nights. When we left it was very early so the staff packed us a to go breakfast. Everything we asked for they did their best to accommodate.
The room was very clean and well kept up. Not to mention that the balcony left the perfect place to enjoy the view with a glass of wine."
