"The property was in a remote village area and was in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant was good, though communication with our wait staff was difficult (she only spoke French). We spoke English, Italian and some Spanish. The rooms had no AC. It was a hot summer this year and it wasn't comfortable at night. Parking was ample and easy."

"I will start with our check in which we arrogantly about 2 hours and Denis very cordial and pleasant checked us in and guided us to our room. The room didn’t have any view however it was very clean quiet and complete with all the amenities including much needed air conditioner. Later in the evening I raised a concern that we had an issue with bathroom and also reminded the staff via messaging of no view. "Our room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned which was much appreciated. Staff were courteous and location was good if you want to stay in Old Town"

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. However we feel uncomfortable about the room layout. We stayed in a business twin room. Shower room door and toilet door were frosted glass. Also...
