"The apartment is a jewel box, full of unique furniture and historic items. The backyard is also a delight, with fruit trees and flowers and lots of outdoor dining space. It’s a little far to walk to the lake with children, but there is pay parking by the beach and camping area."

"Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country."

"Lovely modern apartment within easy walking distance of the lake and castle. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. It was quite hot when we visited, and the only AC was in the living room."

"What a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and in a stunning location. It was probably one of the most well equipped places we have ever stayed in. Could not fault it. We were a group of 9 and it was an extremely comfortable stay. Would 100% stay again.Our hosts were incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless. "The place was a lot more beautiful than depicted in the pictures, the view was stunning and the lake was easily accessible on foot. Very peaceful but only a short walk from bars/restaurants. Lovely outside area and balcony overlooking mountains."

"The location was close to vintgar gorge and lake bled, although a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway coming from one direction. It was clean and had toys for littles although smelled a little musty."

"The quietness of the place and the beautiful views, from the hammock, the morning tea corner, the pool area, and more. Perfect place to reload your internal battery! The house is very practical, all necessities you would need to cook or BBQ, yes even scissors and wine opener ;) (and lets not forget the dishwasher and washing machine). And for the teens, yes good internet 😄 Had a great stay with 3 teens and my husband, I recommend!"
