"We stayed three nights and used the kitchen to cook most of our food. It’s a comfortable, clean apartment. Nice large fridge. Oven and stove are nice and work great. Arlyn is in the water purification business so the unit has purified water including reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink which we loved. "Spent the weekend here with 6 other girls, plenty of space to spread out and relax! We had plans all over the lake and this was the perfect central location to do everything we wanted to do. House was clean and cozy, exactly as pictured. Our only complain is the coffee maker took 45-60 min to brew a full pot, probably just needs to be replaced. Would recommend to anyone wanting somewhere reliable in the area for a small group or larger family!"

"My reservation was canceled for some reason on the day and I was not informed via phone. I got to know when I drove to the property (600 miles). No one was able to help me to locate another place. It was a hassle to get my money back. No direct number for a call. It was all over the text. I am yet to get my refund back which I was promised. "

"This was our first trip to the Seneca Lake area. We had stayed at a VRBO home at Lake Champlain for the last three years and we told Patrick and Pat their farmhouse and property totally won us over! Their renovated farmhouse was amazing with ample space for our family of six adults. It was modern with the farmhouse vibe and had all we needed. "We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay.
