The best thing about the Gould is its location - within easy walking distance of just about everything there is to see and do in Seneca Falls. The property itself is more than adequate - there's no restaurant or bar there but there are several practically adjacent. Big parking lot - free of charge also a plus.

The hotel is in a wonderful location for walking to museums, restaurants, and other stores/shops. Parking is easy and free. Our room, a single king was smallish, and only had a small table with a padded cafeteria type chair. So it was sitting on the bed primarily. No refrigerator, or ice on all floors, but ice was available from the front desk with a simple request. The shower was big and worked great. The charm is in the building, quaintness of the hotel and rooms itself and the location is a huge bonus. All in all it was very nice, had what was needed, clean and friendly staff. Just perhaps a little pricey, but still, I'd stay again.

The hotel was as pictured, and parking was free and accessible. Christina at the front desk was very helpful when our reservation ran into a hiccup or two. She cheerfully resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. The establishment was clean and the beds comfortable. The main reason we chose this hotel was to be close to the attractions, as many were in walking distance.

Staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the room was clean and cool thanks to the AC. Other than that though, there wasn't much to this hotel. No patio or outdoor area to sit and relax, no restaurant, and the lobby area was small and not very inviting. The bathroom really needs shades, the sun was coming in hot and bright first thing in the morning in our east facing room.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We were a bit sad that the in hotel restaurant was closed, but overall great place.

Off stree parking was easy and convenient. Check in process with David was quick and easy. Online shows a bar. However, that shut down in July. So it made the whole established look abandoned. Pretty sure there were only 2 other rooms booked besides us. There is great potential to increase revenue if the restaurant, bar, and both ballrooms were utilized. There is great potential

Best hotel we’ve been to. We loved the historic feel of the place, the vintage bathrooms and dual heat/ac unit. Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk.
