"It was me and 4 kids between the ages of 2 to 11. When we pulled up the 11 year old said Mimi this place doesn’t look safe and I agree. This place was a rat hole. I went in to talk to the staff and the first thing she said was I need a $150.00 deposit that you will get back in 3 to 10 business days. I had paid for the room on line and ask her to get my money back because I was traveling with 4 Kids and I did not feel safe there. She told me because I had done it through a third-party I would have to go through them.. I went out and took the kids to McDonald’s why I tried to resolve this issue. When trying to resolve their issue hotels.com could not reach the lady at Days Innso hotels.com told me they would continue to try to reach her and let me know what was said almost a week later this is still not resolved and I’m still had to pay for the roof. I would not recommend this place for one. It looked very sketchy and unsafe and too. I’m still trying to get my money back and from what I’ve gathered I’m not gonna get it back. You can go right down the road to a different hotel. That is very nice. Pay a little bit more plus they only have a $20 Deposit. "

"The building was in a neat location with modern amenities with an industrial feel. We did not have any issues with noise or parking (which is on-street). Beds are very firm - one is on an adjustable base. Unfortunately, the thermostat was not working when we arrived making the room unpleasantly warm, especially for sleeping. We arrived late, so did not attempt to connect about the issue until morning. We did not hear from the host in response to our requests until well after our departure the following day, which was disappointing. "

"The house was well stocked with everyday supplies (such as toilet paper and towels, laundry detergent and cookware). The house was clean and the beds very comfortable. The house was easy to find and had a view of the lake. A very nice feature was having access to YouTube TV and Netflix."

"I can't say enough about our stay and Clay, our wonderdul host! He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I chose Clay's place because it was different from your typical home rental. Our room was wonderfully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the water bottles in the mini fridge and our favorite ammeniry was the community area ! The loft is situated about a Mexican Restaurant that was full of life when we returned to our room after the Clemson game. Had it not been for an unexpected family situation that requried us to leave early, we would have gone down to enjoy the atmosphere!"
