Nestled in Seneca, located 7 miles from Clemson University. View spectacular sunrises from this beautiful house on Lake Keowee; minutes from anything you may need. This lower level space offers 2 bedrooms with a cozy king, full, and queen bed setup; approximately 1,000 square feet. Kitchen equipped with modern appliances; including dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, wine chiller and full size refrigerator with ice maker. Residence has AC, heating, WiFi and a 55 inch television. Outdoor amenities include, outdoor table and chairs, adirondack chairs, firepit with seating, canoe, kayaks and paddleboards. Life jackets are available and required on kayaks, canoe or paddleboards. No lifeguard on duty, renters swim at their own risk. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.
