"Maison Abaka is an oasis in a chaotic city. It has a lovely location, right on the beach, overlooking Mgor Island. It also has some very nice decks with chairs around a tiny pool and overlooking the sea. The rooms were good, with all that one needs to be happy. They are not luxurious but they are comfortable and clean with good showers and decent air con. "The property was quiet and the staff, Adji and Muhammad and the other guy whom I can’t remember, were all excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome. Adji went the extra mile to arrange a tour for me and El Hadj, the tour guide was wonderful as well. I will definitely recommend this lace ."
