The room was equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. They had clearly considered everything a traveller might need. If you take the time to read through the hotel's reviews, I am sure every review mentions the all the great amenities offered. Daily housekeeping was also available, which was a wonderful bonus.
The facilities throughout the hotel were equally impressive. Having access to a 24/7 ice machine was such a nice touch and something I really appreciated during my stay.
What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I had an extremely early check-out at 3:30am and was worried I might have to wait for assistance. However, as soon as I rang the bell, a staff member appeared almost instantly to help me. That level of attentiveness was truly impressive.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently situated between two train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. It's also only about a 20-minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, while still allowing you to enjoy a quieter area to rest.
I couldn't fault this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."
