"Nice hotel, good location. Little things though, like the in room safe that didn't work, tv channels were not available and worst of all, a hotel driver hired to take us to the train station for an early morning train who didn't seem to know the way and didn't speak enough English to understand the instructions on GPS - took away from an otherwise positive experience."
"Nice hotel for a quick stay Clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was good. Service can be better as my request for soap never got fulfilled. I just did not bother after no one attended to it. "
"Nice place to stay. Staff attentive and were in touch before the check-in for room preference and time of check-in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable."
"It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! Staff could have been more responsive but I am happy they helped me how they could have done. It is well located btw close to shops and bus stand. "

"Lovely property. Located in the CBD on Avinashi Road - Big room and Toilet. Awesome breakfast spread. I guess the best in whole of Coimbatore. Very good service. Friendly people everywhere. "
"We booked A/C rooms based on the very clean and upscale photos the property had posted on all online sites, however when we got there the address didn't even have a PPH Railotel property. Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s. The hot water in the rooms were only available for the morning hours of 6-10am, so we could not even use the room to refresh ourselves after checking in! The sheets were stained, and there were no bath towels to use.
One of our rooms even had a broken AC and that needed an electrician to fix.
While all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helped out, the property fell way below our expectations. I also felt utterly mislead by the property listing - the pictures were from a different property and not the one we were ultimately put up in. Very disappointed with this experience. "
