Beautiful new loft in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the ocean

  • A modern and elegant apartment in the heart of Senigallia, 800 meters from the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern living room with a dining table, and a magnificent terrace perfect for barbecues and aperitifs. Very bright and quiet.

    The building is a historic residence that has been recently renovated with taste and high-quality finishes. The apartment is ideal for both summer vacations with family or friends and short business trips.

    Guests have access to the inner garden in front of the apartment and to the building’s inner courtyard.

    Please note: Upon arrival, to access the indoor parking lot, the entrance is on Via delle Caserme, not on Via Cavallotti! The parking lot is in the inner courtyard, across from the loft’s entrance.
