"The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"Das Haus mit dem umgebenden Gelände ist sehr großzügig und harmonisch gelegen. Jedes Zimmer bietet viele Platz und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Gelände ist umzäunt, so dass auch Hunde willkommen sind. Alles ist super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dieses Objekt kann nur wärmstens empfohlen werden. Die Gastgeber machen sich große Mühe, um den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Pool, Bolzplatz und Rasenflächen sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel von wo aus...

"Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is the perfect place for children and the pool is a big hit. The setting is absolutely stunning (think Lake District with warm weather) and the owners and property manager extremely welcoming."
