De badkamer is op de gang, grenzend aan andere appartementen. De schoonmaak van het appartement was matig. Het bijbehorende zwembad wordt goed onderhouden en kun je heerlijk gebruiken om af te koelen. De eigenaresse van het appartement is erg vriendelijk en welwillend.

Een nadeeltje bij appartementnummer 1 is dat de badkamer en toilet niet direct aansluit op het appartement, dus dat is vooral in de nacht vervelend.
