"The overnight woman at the front desk, Lea, was absolutely exceptional. I arrived so late due to travel complications, and she was so kind and welcoming. I seriously can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. I stayed here a few years ago when it was still Hyatt, and the staff was amazing then too. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel! Thank you again for making the stay so wonderful!"

"If you are booking this hotel, understand that it is not close to the airport. The shuttle hours may not coincide with your plans. Taxis are very expensive. Public transport (bus) is available, but if you’re traveling with luggage, it could be difficult. There are hotels at the airport that will eliminate the hassle."
