"It was very high quality for the proce and location. Next to the Shin Osaka Station and that house quite a bit of shopping and restaurant locations. "

"Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!"

"Super convenient for a one night layover in Osaka. 3 minute walking to Osaka Metro and 10 minutes to Shinkansen (with luggage). Room was clean and comfortable. There was a large step up to the bathroom which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was nice sized, beds were comfy. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out so we could explore a bit. Breakfast was additional fee (I think?) But it was good and very convenient (though there is a family mart right around the corner). Overall good price and great for a short stay!"

"Had one of the highest floors so noise was never an issue. Close to the station, so I was always able to do a nice, morning walk to the station. The room was a nice size and my view was amazing. Never had an issue with staff throughout my stay and were very helpful with anything I needed!"
