The room of hotel was good but hair dryer was broken and not available. We used the restaurant in the hotel every dinner, however serving by staff was late and many mistakes for the order.

They charged breakfast for 6 year old child

I stayed here for 1 night in Family Room because this hotel near from Asiop Football Field which my child had football competition on the next day. I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. My older child (8 years old) is also got charged half price, but i was fine because other hotels some charged and other didnt charge. I only spent around 10 minutes breakfast cause i need to go to football field. The rest of hotel service and facility is okay, standard. Just that point that shocked me. On the other day, i stayed in other 4 star hotel near around this hotel, i got all breakfast free charged even for my 2 children. So i think, this hotel is just different.

When we booked through hotel.com - it says we get 3 meals a day. But unfortunatelly when we arrived hotel and check in, we just get 1 meal (breakfast) and the rest is just snacks. They says the info from hotel.com is not accurate and have not been updated. So my point is, both hotel.com and the hotel it self need to have more coordination about the information online, so the customer like us will not dissapointed. I still feel upset and dissapointed since the info online is not accurate.

VERY NICE, OVERLOOKED HOTEL!

This hotel is new! Everything is modern, the staff are friendly. The free breakfast is great! There is even a pool on the top floor. It is located between Jakarta and Bogor, which is why it is always overlooked. But it is in Sentul, near the circuit. If you take the highway and go 1 exit up, you will find Sentul City, which is loaded with shopping and restaurants. It is located conveniently next to the highway, so you won't miss it. Don't worry, the highway noise is muted as soon as you enter the hotel. You won't have to deal with Jakarta's or Bogor's traffic if you stay at this hotel, which is the main reason why I chose it. And I'm glad I did.
