Convenient hotel location, a bit pricey for a 12-hour increment stay. Beware you are buying accommodation for a 12-hr (or less) stay from the time you check-in.

Lots of food just outside the hotel because it’s inside the airport terminal 2. Easy access to KLIA Express train and Priority Lounge is just outside the hotel. I have stayed here 4 times.

I've always liked this hotel + it's so near the Departure Lounge. Only complaint was my shower kept going super hot & super cold by itself & there was nothing I could do about it. I informed the counter upon checkout

The hotel is inside KLIA terminal 2 which makes it an excellent choice for a rest before transfer. However, the sound insulation is quite poor, we can hear noisy neighbor throughout the night.

Great Transit hotel. It is on the outside of security/immigration in a mall-like setting with a food court and several restaurants/convenience stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel inside the airport. Easy check-in, the room (single plus) was spacious, new, clean and veey comfortable. Bathroom and shower were big. Great offer to eat and buy thing as soon as you get out of the hotel, since it's inside the terminal KLIA2.

Great property! We used this as a day room as we had a long layover in KL. The hotel is literally outside the airport and in the KLIA shopping mall. Easy to access and quick checkin. The room was large and super comfortable. They give you lots of little extras in the room so you don't need to carry much. Remember it is part of the Plaza Premium Lounge so if you have access to these lounges, you can grab free food and drink from the lounge. The train to KL city is literally there and it takes you to straight to the Sentral. Worked perfectly for us.

Perfect for layover.

It was an amazing stay, perfect for those who have layovers at KL because they are restaurants, clothing store around. Really convenient. And the hotel is comfortable and clean.Highly recommended. If you want to go to the city can just take the KSL Express, about 28mins to KSL Sentral
