Convenient (walk from terminal), very good food & nicely appointed room. But corridors reak of smoke, and the so-called 24-hour fitness centre was chained closed at 6:30am.

We had an excellent stay here! We got in very late in the evening after many hours of travel, and the shuttle to the hotel was perfect just to get us that last mile, and to make sure we got to the right place in the end. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and had us checked in very quickly. Room and bathroom was huge and had lots of amenities like ironing board and hair dryer.

Bad experience I left the next morning very disappointed Check in was great The hotel amazing Room nice and clean But they told me 3 meals included and I arrived at 9pm night so they told me go have dinner before 10.30 All inclusive They told me breakfast and lunch next day all included until 3 pm I had dinner Wasn’t hungry really but I wanted to check the resturant Next morning went for breakfast they told me no meals included and i have to pay Then manager like did a favor to me by letting me have coffee I was very upset and really disappointed It wasn’t the money issue I stayed I. All inclusive hotels and resorts before and I know how it works But to confuse guests and make them feel disrespected and annoyed that’s not fair I packed and did check out right away Very confused still upset and not happy ruined my first day in my holiday in Malaysia

Very nice, great service and upgraded to 9th floor with free cocktails and food from 6-8pm. Live music in lobby bar afterwards. We should have stayed at Sama Sama Express because a lot closer to terminal 2 for AirAsia flight next morning.
