Location: The house is located in "Ripa" in the municipality of Seravezza. This cosy flat is on the ground floor of a detached house. The location is ideal for reaching shops and restaurants on foot. The sandy beach of Forte dei Marmi is only 5 km away. You can reach the sea in 10 minutes by car. A well-kept and private garden with garden furniture is at guests' disposal. Table, benches, parasol and barbecue area. Patio with mosquito net.
Facilities: The living area is approx. 50 m²: living room with small kitchen, double bedroom with bunk bed, a connecting room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The garden is completely private: the car park is on the property and the gate with automatic gate opening. Wifi available.
