"I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of a property really shows when the unexpected happens. The rooms and pool were great and big, and the food poolside very good. But what really impressed me was Irene’s responsiveness on some early hiccups and when my wife got very sick, Federica at the front desk was a model of care and hospitality. Immediate responses to any requests, a good English speaking doctor in our room within 90 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable rate. Generous flexibility with checkout to help us get back on our feet. Housekeeping going to extra mile to manage our needs during illness. Thank you to all the staff and especially Frederica for all your kind care."

"We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. Both we and our children really enjoyed our time here.The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed spending time in the garden, on the terrace and by the pool. The view is absolutely stunning.The location is perfect: very peaceful and quiet, but at the same time it doesn’t take long to get to nearby towns, restaurants and shops. It is also a great starting point for day trips and exploring Tuscany.Francesca was a fantastic host – very friendly, welcoming and easy-going. On our first evening, she invited us for dinner, where we enjoyed delicious traditional Tuscan food and tasted the wine she produces herself. It was such a lovely and special way to start our holiday.Francesca also gave us lots of great recommendations, for example for an ice cream shop, a bakery and places to visit such as Pietrasanta. Whenever we had a question or needed any help, she was always available and helped us immediately.We had a fantastic time and felt very welcome throughout our stay. We can definitely recommend this place, especially for families, and we are sure we will come back!Thank you, Francesca, for making our holiday so special!"

"What a lovely hotel and very pleased with parking. Great location, great room, nice bathroom, good breakfast, attentive staff. Loved one night stay with a cycle round the wall and 4x spritzes watching the locals go about their business!"
