One of the staff noticed that my friend's napkin has dropped, the staff replaced with new napkin. Informed that staff at the reception counter, they get the hosukeeping staff to check. When we came back to the room, we found that the usb port has been rectified, Good service 3) At check out counter At check out , the staff took an extra effort to print out to show that the credit card transaction was cancelled.
