Hotels.com' dan yaptığım otel rezervasyonunda evcil hayvan kabul edilmemektedir diye bildirildiği halde otelin veya personele ait köpek var otel içerisinde ve mutfak yemek bölümünde köpeğin koştuğunu gördük. Hijyen kuralları nerede diye düşünüyorum. Restoran bölümündeki sandalyelerin kumaş olmaması çok iyiydi. Odaların olduğu katta tepsilerde yemekler vardı ve kokuyordu. "Odanın temizliği pek iyi değildi, yerlerde hala kirler vardı, çalışanlara ihtiyaç durumunda ulaşılabildi ve sorunları çözmek için uğraştılar. Otelin konumu ve ulaşım kolaylığı güzeldi. Eksiler olarak klimanın merkezi kontrolde olması tam bir felaket, istediğiniz zaman klima kontrolü elinizde olmuyor, resepsiyonu arayıp ayarlamasını istemeniz gerekiyor. Odaya girdiğimizde yatakta yorgan yoktu, talep etmek zorunda kaldık. Gecelik fiyatına göre dolap içerisinde herhangi bir atıştırmalık, içecek...
