A bit disapointing

Evening entertainment was basic but the disco and daytime activities were good. The cleaners clean everyday but left the dirty cups and no glasses were provided for drinks. You were only allowed one restaurant reservation per one week hotel booking. The food was the same most nights. The staff were very nice.

Leaving an review from our experiance. Room was as requested and in ok/good condition Room cleaning was good/ mini bar was restocked well. Soft drinks/water and beers Food available almost 24 hours if you hungry. Same menu most every day at every location. Mostly turkish/European foods. But you will get chips, burgers, pizza's, Pasta. Alcoholic drinks are local and extra charge for premium drinks Resort is aged well, but needs upgrading. Mostly Russian/German/Polish/ European families and couples. But everyone behaved well! Beach gets busy, so you need to put your towel nice and early. Pool area is large and not su busy. But by midday gets full. It was a 5 star hotel long time ago. But in reality 3.5 star hotel in some areas and 4 star hotel in other areas. Evening entertainment, 2 shows in a week for us and other nights are disco/night club. Paid entertainment for children in the evening, electrical mini bikes, trampine and soft play. Kids club from 10am to 5pm. Entertainment team (mostly russian) very engaging and with good English language skills. SPA was great and massages are good. If you get a good deal, it's worth a visit.

Excellent holidays. Delicious food (i.e., fish was always available for lunch and dinner), clean area. Sea is wonderful. Beach is wide and nice for walking. We had a chance to see wild turtle at night. Definitely, blue flag beach. The hotel is designed more than 20 years ago but renovated recently. 5 out 5 stars.

Defo not 5* hotel, but fab facilities

The hotel and facilities itself was amazing and well worth it. Food was similar in most days but was ok. Room was not at 5* level but was good enough to be around 3*. The hotel was more catered towards russians and eastern europeans than westerners. All food and entertainment catered aswell more to Russians and Eastern Europeans.

Ok if you get a very good price deal.

The gardens, pool and beach areas were very nice and clean! Hotel room and other common inside areas are very old and look dirty/ overused, it needs a refurbishment. Sound isolation very poor, the door did not block any sound.. Food options were great and tasty! Outside Disco was very loud and we could hear it till late at night.. so not a good option for those that go early to bed and are sound sensitive.

Sehr nettes Personal. Aber leider ist die Anlage sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Essen wahr sehr abwechslungsreich aber wie ich fand mittelmäßig. Im Resort ist es sehr hellhörig da die Türen gar keinen Schallschutz haben. Der Pool war so kalt das in der gesamten Zeit niemand drin wahr. Trotzdem war der Urlaub nicht schlecht aber beim nächsten Mal geht's woanders hin.

Översteg förväntningarna. Bra service, trevlig personal. Rymliga och bra rum, bra pooler och aktiviteter för de mindre och en härlig strand. Dock dyrt att handla i hotellbutikerna, chockerande priser där varor var ca 300% över priser i butiker utanför hotellet.

Der var for mange Russer ca 95% ikke fordi vi har noget imod Russer, men de er uopdragne skuper springer over hvis man stå i kø ved buffet eller i bar. Der manglede rengøring og toiletpapir hver after efter kl. 21, på samtlige toiletter på de forskellige barer restauranter, men ellers var det ok.

Four Star Rooms and Five Star Performances

I think the room and facilities in the hotel were not up to five star level of expectations. The room didn't have flat panel TVs and hotel campus or immediate neighborhood does not have a pharmacy. A doctor is available during day hours but charges exorbitantly for consultation. The performances in evening are terrific. The activities during the day are also entertaining. The place is great for small kids (>4yrs). The food in general resturant (where you eat most of the time in this all inclusive factility) is may be upto 4 star but definitely not 5 star level. Also, it gets monotnous after 2 days. The al carte resturant that you may eat once in 3 days in, is much nicer. Will recommend only if you are with kids, love drinking, eating and being just close to water. Pray that you don't fall sick!

в целом отель - твердые 4 звезды. Нормальные номера, без изысков, достойная еда, приветливый персонал. Не понравилось, что в отеле нет банкомата, нет трансфера из\в аэропорт, нет бесплатного интернета, даже в лобби отеля. И, как и везде в Турции, кофе либо из непонятной смеси в автомате, либо микро-турецкий. Неделю жить можно, больше - сложно.
