Food was awful. Same choice each evening. Burnt fried chicken which you could smell then burning during the day. Only decent choice in the evening was Pizza. Breafast choice the same, Could not even get a omlet. Most of the staff did noot know how to say good morning or smile. Poor lighting in the night with many trip hazards walking. No power socket in bathroom to charge shaver. Rubbish entertainment in the evening. Only one bar to sit inside in the evening with awful pianist playing Great people on reception Will never go back

Das Hotel ist super schön in einer Art “Wald” gelegen. Die Wege sind kurz, die Pools und liegen ausreichend vorhanden. Leider ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend renoviert werden. Es sind einfach viele Defekte in den Zimmern, Schränke, Hocker, Bodenleisten, einfach defekt. Das Bad ist veraltet und ist sehr abgenutzt. Das Essen ist jedoch reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, hier wird nicht gespart. Der Strand ist gut, die liegen in großen Mengen vorhanden.

Location is good, quiet around of hotels on the beach. 35mins from airport. A golf course between the hotel and belek town centre. Taxis out side hotel means you can get to belek for about 7€. Hotel grounds are a bit hilly, so fair bit of incline changes. Accessiblity ramps are everywhere. Staff, overall good, some need to be taught how to smile though. Not many of the staff speak any English but not really a problem. Cleanliness, overall pretty good, minor things with bins at main pool being dirty, rooms were clean and tidy. Food, very good actually, decent selection of hot and cold food, like any all inclusive bit repetitive. Restaurants, this was the hotels major let down and why I would give it 5 stars, the main restaurant is simply too small, so finding a table is pot luck and involved walking around for 10-15 mins to wait for one to become available. It's a free for all, although main restaurant opens at 7, they were allowing people in at 6.30, so either get there early or about 8pm. There's two other restaurants that serve an al a carte menu, worth going to, but they don't open on Sunday. So main restaurant is packed on a Sunday. Lunch was much better, more open places and worked much better. Maintenance, gardens and grounds are well looked after, but other areas are neglected, broken tiles Overall the place is trying really hard to be a 5 star but falls short on simple things, but it's one of the better hotels I've been to in the area for trying to be 5 stars.

Ich war vor zwei Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel (ehemals Aquaworld Belek) und es ist immer noch sehr schön. Leider hat sich an der Anlage nicht viel verändert, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich weiß, dass das Hotel älter ist und renoviert wird, aber es war doch an vielen Stellen recht schmutzig, auch im Zimmer. Das Personal hat zwar sauber gemacht, aber es hätte besser sein können. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung hätte nicht geschadet. Das Personal war meistens freundlich, vor allem weil mein Mann Türkisch spricht, aber als wir eine andere Familie kennengelernt haben, die nicht so gut behandelt wurde, hat man gemerkt, dass es da Unterschiede gibt. Die Fotografen und der Betreiber der Wassersportgeräte waren ziemlich aufdringlich. besonders der Fotograf Superman. Einer der Betreiber der Wassersportgeräte verfolgte sogar meine Bekannte bis ins Meer und versuchte, sie dort anzufassen. Was für mich so gar nicht geht. Der Kinderpool weiter hinten hatte große Schäden. Ich musste aufpassen, dass meine Kinder sich dort nicht verletzen oder auch schlimmeres. Was mich sehr gestört hat, war die Rettungsschwimmerin, die bei jeder Kleinigkeit Pfiff. Die Rezeption war eher unfreundlich, aber es gab auch einen positiven Lichtblick: Halil an d. Poolbar war super nett. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch, und ich habe die Befürchtung, dass die Qualität nachlässt. Ich bin enttäuscht, weil ich seit 15 Jahren jedes Jahr in d. Overall, our stay was okay, but we won’t be returning. We spent 10 days in the two-story loft room, which we didn’t feel was worth the extra cost unless you truly need the additional space. The room itself was disappointing—floors were never cleaned, and housekeeping only occasionally refreshed the room. The resort grounds were well-kept, with a nice beach area, a lively large pool that was always very crowded, and a quieter relaxation pool we enjoyed. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, though communication was sometimes difficult since most spoke primarily Turkish, Russian, or limited English. The food was mostly very good, but I unfortunately experienced food poisoning for three days, likely from salads or undercooked meat. Other frustrations included extremely slow Wi-Fi, which was completely down in our room for more than two days. If your idea of a vacation is drinking heavily, lounging by a crowded pool, and loading up on buffet-style food, you’ll probably enjoy this resort. But if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is not the place for you.

Alors nous avons plusieurs points à voir pour cet Asteria... Nous avions fait fait avec mon épouse un Asteria il y a quelques années et je peux vous dire qu'on est très très loin de ce standard... Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais certaines choses sont à revoir .. -Chambres catastrophique avec odeur persistante venant des sanitaires, toilette bouche des le 1er jour, moustiquaire cassé , douche a revoir, coffre cassé qui a été changé , volet des portes fenêtres inutilisable.. bref la chambre est très vétuste et a refaire.. -nous sommes arrivés a 21h15 le samedi et on nous a proposé aucun repas , nous avons du courir au restaurant afin de pouvoir prendre un p'tit truc a manger après un long voyage. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est gentil. - la piscine principale est chaude et sale et vétuste ... Les 2 autres piscines étaient bien surtout la Family pool mais faut y aller pour trouver une place sur toutes les piscines car les gens ne respectent rien en laissant leur serviette toute la journée mais ça c'est parce que c'est toléré par le personnel et donc nous nous sommes retrouvés plusieurs fois à mettre nos affaires a même le sol - toboggan au top et plage au top - restaurant bien avec plusieurs choix ,très varié mais dommage qui y avait pas plus de spécialités turc... - parc du complexe très beau et très verdoyant - animation catastrophique qui n'est pas du tout adapté a des enfants. Hade mycket större förväntningar på anläggningen. Tydligen fungerar inte säkerheten då några grannar hade besök på rummet och blev av med passet och 100euro. För att vara en internationell anläggning är det förvånandsvärt dåligt med det engelska språket. I repan finkandes mei i restauranger betydligt sämmre. Hos städpersonalen är det helt obefintligt. Städningen på rummet var sådär samma skräp var fortfarande kvar efter en vecka. Skandal.

Leider hat dieses Hotel, viele Ecken und Macken. Man merkt das es mit der Zeit runtergekommen ist. Das essen ist nicht das beste und das Aufkommen der Gäste ist dem Hotel zu viel. Jedoch sind hier die a la carte Restaurants recht gut. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind recht freundlich, trifft aber natürlich auch nicht auf alle zu. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, wenn es weiterhin in diesem Zustand bleibt. Da gibt es definitiv viele bessere Alternativen hier in der Türkei.

Schade, aber die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dreckig, lieblos. Viel zu wenig Reifen an den Rutschen, schlechte Cocktails, dreckige Teller, dreckige Wände ... echt schade. Die Zimmer sind ol, Note 3

Harika bir doğal alan içinde kurulu otelde iş için 2 gece kaldım. Fiyat uygundu. Otel kalabalık olması sebebi ile restoranda rahat yer bulmak sorun oldu. İkram edilen içkilerin markası bildiğim markalar olmadığından çok deneyemedim . Odanın ekipmanları belki de sezon sonu olduğu için biraz yıpranmıştı ama hertaraf temizdi. Cuma akşamı eğlencesi çok iyiydi

Rooms - dust Dining - no system. While you wait for your table to be cleaned or while you are looking for spoons og forks - your food become cold. Beach- not enough places to lay on Internet- bad , disapears often. Not 5 stars - may be 3 stars hotel

Ganz okay - Familienhotel

Personal und Sauberkeit waren okay. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung. Die Aktivitäten finden leider häufig zeitgleich statt und dazwischen längere Leerzeiten (z.B. Bogenschiessen und Dart um 16 bis 17 Uhr). Das Essen schmeckt, die Auswahl ist sehr gross und man kann praktisch den ganzen Tag über irgendwo Snacken. Die Lage ist gut, in 5 Autominuten ist man im Stadtzentrum Belek (Taxi 5-10 Euro). Dort ist es sehr touristisch, alles in Euro bezahlbar und voll mit klassischen Touristenshops. Der Stand war unser Highlight. Sehr sauber, ruhig und man fand meist einen Liegestuhl. Das Hotel ist klassisch auf Familien ausgerichtet, viele Hochstühle und Rutschbahnen/Aktivitäten.

ROOM: We were in room 6306 and even though it was spacious, it could have been better! ❌Little issues like missing skirtings, marks on walls, broken blinds, bath didn’t drain, no cups for tea/coffee, mini fridge hardly filled up, only 4 beds for 5 people, tv’s didn’t work… ✅ Lots of room, beds made daily, powerful shower, 5th bed brought when requested next day, cups brought when requested same day, 2 large bathrooms, mezzanine was fab for family, nice balcony, garden view (peaceful), air con was good, lots of storage space… CLEANLINESS: ❌Room cleaning wasn’t great standard, blob of suncream or something on staircase in room when we arrived which was there until we left!, a good few days no toilet roll was given, same sand on floor for 3 days, toilets not cleaned thoroughly, sticky hand prints on glass all around the hotel which was there the whole 11 days, piles of plates and rubbish in corridors for days, often dirty cups when handed drinks… ✅Beds made daily (not sure if clean sheets daily!), sinks cleaned, fresh towels daily, thorough cleanliness around the pool, always bartenders collecting cups and plates etc, sun loungers clean.. POOLS: ❌Water slide cut my son’s foot (ripped skin off), busy pool bar- long queues! ✅Beautiful pools, clean, tidy, lots of sun loungers available, lots of umbrellas, lots of choice of pools, relax pool is stunning, lovely water temperature, pool activities great, DJ great, lots of room..
