My experience

The rom wasn’t clean the first day, cleaning group was rude and don’t respect us, I lost my own things in the hotel and told them but nobody helped me. The food was nice but the coup for tee and drinks was very dirty. The show was very beautiful every night.

We spent a calm vacation, the place is clean and security everywhere and that’s good However, several points that are worth mentioning as it made our vacation way too below the expectations. First there are no kids playground not even a slide, as for the kids entertainment section it has nothing inside maybe just paint no activities or toys and if you want your kid to paint you have to pay extras everything is extra charge only a swimming pool with linited slides. Second the food is not so appealing same dishes unlike the other resorts that we have stayed at plus the food is not that of good taste or quality. Third the stuff is rude, as per our previous stays at other places staff always welcome you and smile, at this place whenever i order something they start mocking in turkish between them or be so rude Forth the room is too small for 4 people and the extra bed they gave for my kid was just a trash as the iron base was out of everywhere and non of us could even sit on it Compared to the facilities listed on there page, i found that it wasn’t true at least for my kids they got bored and didn’t enjoyed even there were basically only dj at night not daily theater schedule

I wrote a full review but not enough space. This is not an allergy friendly hotel. It is not a 5* clean and tidy hotel. Food choices are limited and when confronted people were told “it’s because you’re English and not used to food”. There is a lack of empathy and support from most staff. My niece was hospitalised due to gastroenteritis which we believe is due to the hotels facilities as we saw multiple ill children over the 7 day stay. They were not all English either so not an excuse for stomachs issues. The medical team at the hotel were brilliant with my niece. They were efficient and continued to check on her which was great. There was also a gentleman at guest relations that was very considerate to my sister and brother in law. Unfortunately the negative outweighs the positive and I would not recommend this hotel. I welcome the hotel to get in contact to discuss the issues in more detail.

Als Familie haben wir uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wurden regelmäßig und gründlich gereinigt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, es gab eine gute Auswahl und man konnte flexibel zu den Mahlzeiten gehen, was sehr angenehm war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich willkommen und gut betreut. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt, ist die Lage ideal. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um alles gut erreichen zu können. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons séjourné 10jours dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. La piscine est parfaite, très grande, chacun y trouve sa place . Il y a pleins de services pour être à l’aise. Tout est inclus y compris l’accès au spa (sauna, bain turc. Bain vapeur, fitness…)

The hotel, including the room, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of the food was ok, but the quality could be better. The pool area is usually very crowded and it is hard to find available sunbeds, so you need to get up eary and reserve some for the day before the breakfast. There are some safety issues with the slides at the pool area, especially kids don't follow the rules and cause safety hazard.
